EXPANDIA is the largest commercial real estate company in Ukraine. Founded in January 2008, company previously operated under the brand CBRE Ukraine. Since August 2025, company has been operating under its own brand, EXPANDIA, and continues to serve as a Country Service Partner for CBRE in Ukraine and Moldova.
Сompany has more than 350 professionals, including on-site staff at properties under management in Ukraine and Moldova. Management portfolio covers over 1,000,000 sqm of commercial real estate across more than 20 regions.
EXPANDIA provides a wide range of services in the commercial real estate sector, including advisory and transaction services, capital markets, integrated facility management, valuation and advisory services, project management and building consultancy, and corporate facility management services.
EXPANDIA entered the Ukrainian market in partnership with two experienced professionals – Sergiy Sergiyenko and Radomyr Tsurkan. Both partners have unique expertise in consulting, development, and investment in Ukraine. Radomyr has 27 years of market experience, while Sergiy has been in the industry for 28 years since launching his career in 1998. Together, they have built a professional team and established a comprehensive service platform in the commercial real estate sector across Ukraine and Moldova.
