Professional experience
Radomyr Tsurkan has served as the Managing Partner of EXPANDIA since its opening in 2008. In this role, Radomyr oversees the general management and leads the Office and Industrial Property Team. His expertise lies primarily in office project development and brokerage of professional properties. With a wealth of experience in project concept development, coupled with his extensive portfolio of office transactions and comprehensive understanding of land issues, Radomyr offers unparalleled insight and expertise in the Ukrainian market.
Radomyr’s professional experience in Ukrainian commercial real estate market totals more than 27 years. Under joint leadership with Sergiy Sergiyenko EXPANDIA team grew from 2 to over 350 people in 18 years to offer the most comprehensive range of real estate services in Ukraine, including country’s strongest integrated facility management team.
Prior to joining EXPANDIA, Radomyr Tsurkan has successfully worked his way up from the Consultant to the Head of Office and Industrial Property Department at Colliers International. In 2006 he was employed by HCM Group, Ukrainian development company, to the Deputy general director position and head of office property development projects.
In 2017, Radomyr was recognized as the Best Top Manager in real estate industry by Delo.ua media.
Membership in organizations / Qualifications
- Playing the key part in concept development of such landmark office projects as Mandarin Plaza, Parus, Capital Center and Toronto Kyiv.
- Leading the leasing process of major business centers in Kyiv, such as The Millennium, Mandarin Plaza, Horizon Office Towers, IBH, Merx, Khreshchatyk Plaza, etc.

Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, International Christian University (ICU, Kyiv).
