Professional experience
Sergiy Sergiyenko serves as the Managing Partner at EXPANDIA, with responsibility for all business segments and general management. He has deep competencies in office and warehouse property, capital markets, valuation and consultancy.
Sergiy has more than 28 years of total experience in Ukrainian commercial real estate market. Under joint leadership with Radomyr Tsurkan EXPANDIA team grew from 2 to over 350 people in 18 years to offer the full comprehensive range of real estate services in Ukraine, including country’s strongest integrated facility management team.
Prior to joining EXPANDIA in 2008, Sergiy has successfully worked his way up from commercial property consultant to the Managing Director with Colliers International (Ukraine) and then to the top manager of Apollo-Rida and Akron Group development & investment companies in Ukraine.
Membership in organizations / Qualifications
- Direct and indirect involvement in consulting and leasing of Kyiv’s first and still prominent office and retail developments including Artem, Merx, NTBC, Parus business centers, Globus, Karavan, and Mandarin Plaza shopping centers, as well as in many other projects in Kyiv and Ukraine.
- Involvement in several largest investment transactions in Kyiv, most notably EGL & WGL warehouses, Artem, NTBC, Horizon Tower business centers, as well as Pyramida shopping center.

- Diploma in Surveying (General Practice), College of Estate Management in at the University of Reading, UK
