Receptionist
MAIN FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive and distribute internal/external telephone calls
- Receive, sort and log incoming/outgoing correspondence
- Organize and coordinate courier shipments
- Greet clients and guests, demonstrate high standards of business etiquette and company culture
- Inform employees about the arrival of visitors
- Control and timely place orders for office supplies and food
- Issue passes for new employees
- Assist employees in organizing business trips
- Book meeting rooms upon request
- Communicate with the Business Center's technical service
- Perform other tasks in the field of office administration
REQUIREMENTS
- Complete higher education
- Work experience in a similar position from 1-2 years
- Knowledge of English - Intermediate level
- Proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High level of communication skills and customer focus
