Professional experience
Stanislav Ivanov has been the Head of Department since May 2008. A deep knowledge and huge experience in valuation makes Stanislav a leader of professional team of valuators and consultants. Prior to this appointment Stanislav had been leading valuation team at Colliers International since June 2006.
Stanislav has a 30-year experience in the field of property valuation having demonstrated a strong ability to manage projects from negotiating with clients to successful cooperation completion. His projects’ portfolio includes over 3,000 valuation projects in Ukraine, Russia and Georgia covering residential and commercial real estate properties.
