Professional experience
Olena Tsybko joined the EXPANDIA team in 2008 and has been leading the Integrated Facility Management Services department since 2014.
Olena gained considerable experience in real estate management, initially as the Director of Bears Center BC and later as the Deputy General Director of Commercial Real Estate Department at the BEARS Concern.
Membership in organizations / Qualifications
- With over 22 years of experience in real estate management, including 20 years specifically in commercial real estate, Olena has developed extensive knowledge and expertise. Under her leadership, EXPANDIA’s Integrated Facility Management Services department expanded its portfolio of properties in Kyiv and five other regions of Ukraine, covering a total area of more than 600,000 square meters.
Education
Olena graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
