Professional experience
Iryna joined EXPANDIA in 2013 as a Senior Administrator of Facility Management Services. In 2017, she became the Head of Integrated Management Services for Industrial Real Estate. In 2023, assumed the position of Head of IFMS at EXPANDIA Moldova, leading the team to expand market presence and strengthen client relationships.
With over 16 years of experience in managing commercial real estate, Iryna Puglo has gained extensive expertise through various roles at EXPANDIA. Under her leadership, the department provides comprehensive management and operation services for commercial and industrial properties across Ukraine, covering a total area of over 560,000 sqm. Iryna's strategic vision and deep industry knowledge continue to drive excellence and growth in the real estate sector.
