Professional experience
Yaroslav has been leading the Capital Markets department at EXPANDIA since 2016. Prior to this, he served as Head of Industrial and Logistic department before 2015. Widely recognized as a leader in Ukraine's investment real estate realm, Yaroslav brings a wealth of experience in facilitating sale-purchase transactions for commercial and industrial properties, as well as expertise in deal structuring and valuation.
Prior to EXPANDIA, Yaroslav held various positions including Real Estate Advisory Services Manager at EY, Associate at Industrial and Logistic Department at Colliers International, and Branch Manager at UniCredit Bank.
Membership in organizations / Qualifications
- Yaroslav has 17+ years of professional real estate experience. During his tenure at EXPANDIA, he closed a number of investment real estate transactions in virtually all real estate sectors with total value exceeding 230 million USD. Among the well-known companies Yaroslav has worked with are: Unilever, Kingspan, Henkel, DTEK, Dragon Capital, Gallina Blanca, Fozzy Group, Avrora Multimarket and others.
