Professional experience
Nataliia Sokyrko joined EXPANDIA in March 2017. Before joining EXPANDIA Nataliia worked as logistics agency consultant at Colliers International Ukraine and Nestle Professional division. At EXPANDIA Nataliia is responsible for providing agency services in the field of warehouse and logistics real estate.
Nataliia has over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate. Her professional experience covers a wide range of services provided by a team of brokers in the warehouse and logistics sector, such as representing tenants, conducting sales and leasing transactions, and introducing properties to the market.
Membership in organizations / Qualifications
- Nataliia completed a number of successful lease transactions both with local and international companies. In particular Nataliia was engaged in completing transactions with such well-known companies as Nova Poshta, Nova Poshta Logistics, Pernod Ricard, Metro C&C, Studio Moderna, Danone, Aptiv, Ajax, Yakaboo, Avrora Multimarket, Unilever and a number of others.
Education
Master degree in Marketing, Kyiv National Economic University.
