Highligts: Despite the ongoing war-related challenges, warehouse market continues to show resilience, remaining one of the most stable segments in Ukrainian commercial real estate. In H1 2024, leasing activity demonstrated healthy growth, with take-up reaching approximately 85,000 sqm. The threefold increase in take-up was dominated by pre-leases (60%) in new developments nearing completion.
