Professional experience
Georgiy Nikolaev is the Director of the Project Management and Building Consulting Department at EXPANDIA. He joined EXPANDIA in 2011 and has been leading the Project Management business line since 2013. With over 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate market, Georgiy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role at EXPANDIA.
Georgiy oversees a team responsible for delivering global programs and projects across all industry sectors. His team manages all aspects of project development, execution, and delivery, including strategic planning, design and construction coordination, procurement, budget and schedule management, quality control, and relocation. Under his leadership, he has established relationships with over 20 corporate clients, including Cargill, Neqsol Holding, Novartis, Philip Morris, Takeda, Ubisoft.
Georgiy began his career as a consultant at a large engineering company, working on various real estate and construction assignments.

- Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture, where he received a degree in Project Manager, Construction Specialist.
- Institute of Energy Saving and Energy Management of the National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute", where he received a qualification in the field of Energy Saving Expert.
