Professional experience
Anna Silvestrova since the second half of 2023 became Senior Director of office brokerage service line at EXPANDIA. Anna joined EXPANDIA team in 2010, initially as Junior Office Advisor.
She is a dedicated professional in EXPANDIA to provide advisory services to office occupiers and landlords. She heads integration process of services provided by Kyiv office with worldwide known and currently she is advising international and local clients.
Anna has full 15 years of experience in real estate brokerage & consultancy, where she has successfully completed over 40 lease and sale transactions during his career. In particular Anna was engaged in completing transactions with well-known international and local companies.
Before joining EXPANDIA Anna has been working as an interpreter in Bauer (Austrian agricultural holding).
Membership in organizations / Qualifications
- Anna has been responsible for transactions with such well-known companies as Phillip Morris Ukraine, Whirpool, PepsiCo, Goethe Institute, Glencore, Ring Labs, Caparol, Group-M, Syngenta, Amaxa, and others.

‒ Bachelor degree in Foreign Philology in German and English from the Kyiv State Linguistic University in Kyiv
