CBRE Ukraine Industrial & Logistics Agency team represented the owners in this transaction.

The company leases several warehouse properties in Kyiv region and looked for expansion in the modern warehouse that meets high-quality standards of their clients. The RLC Logistics Center is an A class building ideally located to the East of Kyiv on the doorstep of the European route E95.
RLC Logistics Center is one of the best in class multi-temperature warehouse on the market. Logistics center is located near Brovary city in Kyiv region and offers 63,000 sqm of warehouse space.
